There could be several causes for the lights or groups of lights connected to the inspeXtor™ Light Management System to be off. We recommended troubleshooting in the following order:

Reboot the PSE (Power Source Equipment) Switch. Locate the appropriate PSE that powers the inoperable lights. If you are uncertain which PSE controls the lights, please refer to the Pull Schedule. In order to access a PSE Location, click on “Support” in the inspeXtor™ Main Menu.

You will be brought to the inspeXtor™ Maintenance Screen

From the inspeXtor™ Maintenance Screen Click on the Search Fixture in Cluster

The PSEs are typically located in a Intermediate Distribution Facility (IDF) or Main Distribution Facility (MDF). In some cases the PSEs are located in the ceiling and can be accessed by an Access Panel. Once you have located to appropriate PSE or PSEs, reboot them.
